Welcome to Educational Testing Service (ETS) Online/Onsite Scoring Opportunities! You will need to complete each item in the process in order to successfully complete your Employment Eligibility Form also known as the Form I-9.

To gain access to the Form I-9:

• Enter the company code from the instructions  - ETS@1315!

• Answer “NO” when asked ‘Are you a returning employee?’

• Your Worksite Location will always be “ETS-Ewing”

• Please remember to have your selected identification ready to upload. You will be required to upload the documents after you confirm everything is correctly entered on your Form I-9

• The I-9 portal is protected, and a highly secure form. All information provided is considered confidential.
